Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you full command over your electronic mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect email messages from one mail account to another, configure mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email mailboxes against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one email account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just choose the email box account you want to redirect mails from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
